Your are the first person to know when your tenants will be vacating.  A full exit inspection it completed as tenants vacate with a full report highlighting the condition of the property and ensuring the tenant has returned the property to the same condition they received it in, excluding fair wear and tear of course.

  • Discussions with tenants about the responsbilities upon their vacate. Follow through with any issues that need to be addressed including bond claims, dispute resolution and as a last resort QCAT  
  • Maintenance items will be identified and handled to make sure your new tenant has a hassle free move in.
  • Preparation fo the property for your new tenant.
